Not a camera in sight here. I first did this in 1996. It shows what you you can do with a little thought. While playing around with the resulting images I wondered if you could use the format and this is the result. Depending on the projection it is very easy to put in the top and bottom views. I used Photo Vista v1.0 to produce this as you can convert very easily between the different projections. I started with a cylinder to assemble the art work and text, then to a cubic projection to give me the top and bottom and then converted it to a sphere. This can be done in Pano Tools as well although I’ve never done it. This spin featured on my then website for the Unofficial British Waterways Pages, promoting canal artists. The information in the bottom filed is no longer current and neither is the artist’s telephone number. |
